GHGA Travel Fees

In addition to any cancellation fees imposed by the travel providers, a non-refundable service fee of $25 may be applied to your booking in the event of a cancellation. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing your booking and cancellation.

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

Cancellation by Travel Provider: If the travel provider cancels your booking, you will typically receive a full refund, minus any applicable GHGA Travel fees.

Significant Change by Travel Provider: If the travel provider makes a significant change to your booking (e.g., change in flight schedule, hotel downgrade), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the severity of the change. In such cases, we will notify you of the change and your options, which may include accepting the change, rebooking your trip, or cancelling your booking with a full refund (minus GHGA Travel fees).

Government Restrictions: If a government restriction (e.g., travel ban, border closure) prevents you from completing your trip, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. We will do our best to work with the travel providers to secure a refund on your behalf.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Please note that certain bookings, such as last-minute flights, non-refundable hotel rates, and event tickets, may be non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. These restrictions will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
