("we," "us," or "our") understands that unexpected situations arise. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel travel bookings made through our website ghgatravel.com and the associated fees.


General Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of the specific travel providers (airlines, hotels, activity providers, etc.) included in your booking. These policies can vary significantly depending on the type of booking, the time of cancellation, and other factors.

We strongly advise you to carefully review the cancellation policies of each travel provider before making your booking. This information is typically available on the provider's website or by contacting them directly.

GHGA Travel Fees

In addition to any cancellation fees imposed by the travel providers, a non-refundable service fee of $25 may be applied to your booking in the event of a cancellation. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing your booking and cancellation.

Cancellation Deadlines

For cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost may apply, depending on the travel provider's policy.

For cancellations made within 30 days of departure: The booking may be non-refundable, or a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the total booking cost may apply, depending on the travel provider's policy.

For certain bookings (e.g., last-minute flights, non-refundable hotel rates, event tickets): These bookings may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation deadline.

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact our customer support team by email at [email protected] or by phone at +1 945.500.4850. Be sure to include your booking reference number in your request.

Changes by You (Modifications)

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change flight dates, hotel room type), we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes may be subject to fees imposed by the travel providers and a GHGA Travel processing fee of $25.

Changes or Cancellations by Travel Providers

If a travel provider cancels your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find alternative arrangements or process a full refund on your behalf (minus any applicable GHGA Travel fees).

Government Restrictions

If a government restriction (e.g., travel ban, border closure) prevents you from completing your trip, we will work with the travel providers to secure a refund on your behalf. The specific refund terms will depend on the provider's policies.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that some situations may result in no refund, regardless of the cancellation deadline:

Cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, change of plans)

Missed flights or connections due to your own fault

Failure to provide required travel documents (e.g., passport, visa)
